He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John MacDonald and Catharine MacDonald (Gillen); his significant other Dorothy MacDonald; his children, Jim MacDonald (Charmaine) of Corner Brook, Katie Clarke (Daniel) of Constance Bay and Laura Bunn (Adam) of Deep River; his grandchildren, Henry, Ivy MacDonald, Cameron, Ella Clarke, Isla and Jameson Bunn; his siblings, Allan MacDonald of London, Kate MacDonald of Medicine Hat, Nancy Patterson (Tod) of Marmora, Jim and Jack MacDonald; and his siblings-in-law, Sheila O'Reilly (Bernie) and Jim Walker (Pat). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
