He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Baird; his brother Alastair Baird; and his cousin Bill Baird. He is survived by: his children, Alastair (Darlene) of Arnprior, Donald of Calgary, Neil of Deep River, Colin (Marion Crouse) of Deep River and Andrew (Juli) of Ottawa; and his grandchildren, Emma, Everett, Trisa, Jason, Megan, Mackenzie, Connor, Emily, William and Alison.
