Jean Allan Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Allan (Deep River, Ontario), who passed away on October 13, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Jean may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jean touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd McKay and Florence McKay (Kean); her husband Garry Allan; her brother Harvey McKay (Karen) of Bobcaygeon, ON; her sister-in-law Jeanette McKay of Pembroke, ON.; her brothers, Ivan McKay and Donald McKay; and her sister-in-law Shirley McKay.

She is survived by: her friends, Louise Wachsmann and John Goodale.
