It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Guy Gaston Lemire (Deep River, Ontario), born in Drummondville, Québec, who passed away on December 5, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Constant Lemire and Estelle Lemire (Belair); his wife Mabel Alice Lemire; his daughter Joanne; and his siblings, Viator (Vic), Marcel, George (Shirley), Carmen (Gilles Doucet), Claudette (Jean-Guy Myre), Laurent and Antonio.
He is survived by: his friend Gene Lemieux; his children, Dianne Lemire (Russell McQuestion) of Laurentian Hills, Linda Bernardi (Allan) of St Thomas and Steven of Vancouver, B. C.; his grandchildren, Grant, Eric McQuestion, Nicole, Louis and Drake Bernardi; and his great grandchild Eli McQuestion. He is also survived by friends, nieces, and nephews.
