He was predeceased by: his spouse Mary Hart; and his siblings, Ken and Audrey Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his children, David Hart of Point Alexander, John Hart (Angel) of Cheneaux, Rosemary Graper (Brian) of Whitby, Peter Hart of Deep River and Jim Hart (Lisa) of Hayley Station; his grandchildren, Joshua, Alissa (Nicholas), Zachary, Manda, Leslie, Megan, John Jr., Reece, Cameron, Tim and Robert; his great grandchild Ashton; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Hart of Renfrew and Hank Fitzpatrick of Kingston.
In memoriam donations to the Deep River and District Hospital Foundation or the Flex Program of the North Renfrew Long Term Care Centre, Deep River would be gratefully appreciated.
