He is survived by: his spouse Dale Lade of Deep River; his children, Jamie Lade (Kyra) and Jenny Lade (April Lade) of Sudbury; his grandchildren, Lillyana and Kamdyn Lade; his sister Janice Walsh (late Joseph); and his nephew Paul Walsh.
