He was predeceased by: his stepgranddaughters, Paige, Brandy and Shannon. He is survived by: his wife Valerie; his stepdaughter Diane; his children, Jeannette and Douglas (Jo); his grandson Nick (Vicky); his family Paige (Mitchell); his sons, Ben and Nick; his stepsons, John and Scott; and his nephews, Chris, Stephen and Richard.
