Akio Yamazaki Obituary

He was predeceased by: his sister Chizuko Yamazaki. He is survived by: his wife Lucy 'Sachiko Yamazaki; his sons, Ken (Kirstie) of Toronto and Jason (Erin) of Kanata; his grandchildren, Cameron, Clara, Adrian and Addison Yamazaki; and his sister Kay Douglas (late Mike) of Langley, B. C.
