He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Duggan and Elsie Duggan; his brothers, Kevin and Patrick Duggan; and his brothers-in-law, Barry Palmer and Paul Everitt.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Rose Duggan (Everitt); his sons, Matthew (Christine) and Sean (Wendy); his grandchildren, Micayla, Kaleah of Austin, Aden and Sydney of Kanata, Ontario.; his sister Carol Palmer of Ottawa; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Duggan and Judy Everitt of England. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
