She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford "Cliff" Harold Penhale; her parents, Reinhard Willert and Amelia Willert (Engeland); her son-in-law James "Jim" Smith; and her in-laws, Milton, Gladys Willert, Alvin, Edith Willert, Ada and Bob Newton.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy and Allan Regier of Zurich; her grandchildren, Gary, Susan Smith of Aylmer, Susanne and Greg McCarthy of Dashwood; and her great grandchildren, Samantha, Andrew Naylor, James Smith (Jennie), Sarah Smith, Ashley McCarthy (Ellay), Alexis, Jakob Cipolla, Nicole McCarthy and Vanessa McCarthy. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews.
