He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Urquhart and Hazel McCallum; and his siblings, Gordon and Grace Perkins (late James). He is survived by: his wife Christina; his children, Kenneth (Sherri), Laura Kivits (Doug) and Marlene Urquhart; his grandchildren, Alexander, Brandon Urquhart, Liam and Kasey Kivits; and his sister Elsie MacLeod (late Kenzie).
