She was predeceased by: her husband Gilles Chabot; her parents, Marie Auger and Albert Lajoie; and her siblings, Rene (late Cecil), Laura Campbell and Barbara Massia (late Bernie).

She is survived by: her children, Richard Chabot (Tammy), Grace Gauvreau, Debra Chabot (Maurice Jean), Denise Gareau (Raymond) and Suzanne Chabot; and her siblings, Shirley Lajoie, Betty Cooper (Thomas) and Linda McNeil (Dennis).
