It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maurice J. Aubut (Curran, Ontario), who passed away on May 27, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Orise Aubut (Cassista) and Emile Aubut; and his stepsiblings, Joseph, Yvonne, Mary, Lily, Bertha, Rita and Zeta.

He is survived by: his stepsister Rose Powers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

“I tried to find Maurice online and came across this site. I am so sorry to hear he passed away. He was such a lovely man. I am one of Yvonne's stepdaughters, Leslie, in England, and had met Maurice on only a few occasions, the last being Yvonne's 100th party in London. Maurice was always smiling and happy and I wish I had known him more than I did. When Yvonne died, her executor removed all personal belongings, including address book which we never seen since.
