He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Ouderkirk. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Ouderkirk (McRae); his siblings, Joanne Ouderkirk of Crysler and Dale Ouderkirk of Crysler; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
