He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Leonard; and his siblings, Barry, Joan and Edie. He is survived by: his children, Arthur (Kris), Susan Van Derkruys (Peter), Katherine Stephens (Neil) and Kelvin; and his grandchildren, Rene (Nicki), Erika, Katie (Mike), Erik and Nicolaus.
