With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis M. V. Collett (Crediton, Ontario), who passed away on February 29, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Vicki Lynn Collett; her grandson John Ducharme; her parents, John Jesney and Wilhelmina Jesney (Flynn); and her siblings, Alvin Flynn (Margaret), Betty Lou Denomme (Lennis) and Lillian Kuhn (Kenneth).

She is survived by: her spouse H. Charles "Chuck"; her children, Darlene (John Leybourne) and Darren Collett of London; her grandchildren, Steven Collett, Norma Culbert, Justin Ducharme and Tara Jesney; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Michael, Owen, Tanner, Hallie, Carter and Talon; and her siblings, Jim (Sue Jesney), Ellen Jesney of London, Gord Collett (Pauline) of London and Ernie Collett (Linda) of Peterborough.
