He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Knechtel; his children, Cheryl Van Acker (Tom Rozon), Cliff Knechtel (Deb) and Robert Knechtel (Christine); his grandchildren, Steve Van Acker (Peggy), Teressa Van Acker (Ken), Andrea Van Acker, Michelle Pressy (Chris), Danielle Elliott (James), Jodi Wice (Brandon) and Dean Wice (Kate); and his siblings, Joyce Scott (Allan) and Larry Knechtel (Debbie).
