He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie and Florence; and his brothers, Bruce and Lloyd. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Timothy Campbell (Elaine), Jim Hodgson, Lisa Muhlbock (Dan) and Kimberley Tamcsu (Andy); and his sibling Shirley Hodgson. He is also survived by his family and friends.
