It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Settimio Canonico (Courtice, Ontario), who passed away on February 16, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francesco Canonico and Christina Canonico; and his siblings, Luigi, Filomena, Raffaele and Salvatore.

He is survived by: his wife Dawn Canonico; his children, Mena Canonico, Dean Canonico (Cathy), Frank Canonico (Kim), Miranda Cairns (Tyler) and Carina Canonico (David Gazaille); his grandchildren, Justin Gagné (Mélanie), Steven Canonico, Sam Canonico, Dana Canonico (James), Oliver Cairns, Hayden Cairns and Millie Canonico Gazaille; his sisters, Rachele Perro and Antonietta Mazzotta; and his sister-in-law Clementina Molica. He is also survived by his family and friends.
