She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lloyd and Marguerite Sweet; her brother Lawrence Sweet; her nephews, Gregory Sweet and Scott Sweet; and her pet Velvet.

She is survived by: her sisters, Norma Sweet and Beverly (Gordon Gierman); her sister-in-law Gail Sweet; her nieces and nephews, Wendy Sweet, Laura-Lynn (Kevin Stephens) and Brenda (Kevin Eccles); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Riley Stephens, Quinn Hasenhindl, Brody Stephens, Cameron Eccles and Caleb Eccles.
