We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2021, at the age of 56, Nailesh Kotak (Courtice, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nailesh Kotak to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his parents, Bharat Kumar and Bhanu Kotak; his siblings, Tejal (Kirit) and Sangeeta (Bhushan); his spouse Neha; his grandchild Hardik; his siblings-in-law, Alex (Leela), George (Susan) and Adoring; his nieces and nephews, Karan, Avani, Aumkar, Kiara, Devansh, Ishaan and Shamik; and also Kaavya. He is also survived by his many extended family and friends.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held.

Memorial donations in Nailesh's honour may be made to the Humane Society of Durham.
