He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Sylvestervich and John Sylvestervich Sr.. He is survived by: his significant other Gail; his children, Andrea (Robert), Paul (Dorota) and Krista (Jason); and his grandchildren, Heather, Daphne, Jonathan, Liam and Tegan.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at the Faith United Church (1778 Nash Rd, Courtice, ON L1E2L9).
