He was predeceased by: his brother John (Ruth); and his parents, Hazel Kerr and Edward Flanagan. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his siblings, Eileen Couch (Ted), Maurice (Denise) and Frank (Ann); and his children, Marguerite (Glenn), Johann (Paul), Terry (Carol), John (Judy), Barbara (Real), Ralph (Grace) and Robert.
Due to Covid restrictions, a private family service will be held at the Courtice Funeral Chapel 1587 Highway #2, Courtice (905-432-8484).
