He was predeceased by: his wives, Elizabeth and Marie; and his grandchildren, Brandon Lammerant and Jessica Nethery. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Riad of Calgary, Bert Nethery (Linda) of Courtright, Mark Nethery of Calgary, Eric Nethery (Kim) of Blenheim and Anita Hansen (Alex) of Seaforth. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
