He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolf Gazarek and Maria Gazarek. He is survived by: his wife Frances Gazarek; his siblings, Rudy Paul Gazarek (Cherie) and Dianne Marie Schwarz (William); and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Studnicka (Anna), Helen and Vera Studnicka (late Joe). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
