He was predeceased by: his wife Cecile Marie Francoise; his close friend Bob Ruest; and his parents, John Pearce and Delia Pearce (Lalonde). He is survived by: his children, Jason (Deb) of Greely, William (Billy Jr.) of Cornwall, Toronto, Shawn (Liliana) of Pincourt and Brenda Huff of Vancouver; his grandchildren, Tyler (Kim), Amy, Mateo, Camila, Tanu and Koome; his sister Cheryl Andre (Joe); his niece Karie (Saverio); his nephews, Ryan (Lesley) and Nathan; his brother-in-law Roger Tessier (Patsy); his nephews, David and Paul; and his sister Dolores Deforest.

As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.
