He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnet Richardson and Isabel Richardson (Bilmer); and his sisters, Verna, Noreen and Donna.

He is survived by: his wife Nicole Richardson (Frigault); his children, Caroline Laframboise (Mark), Kimberly Villeneuve (Chris) and Joshua Richardson (Erin); his grandchildren, Nicholas (Melanie), Joseph (Gaby), Benjamin (Ashley), Emma, Kate, Luke and Nathan; his great grandchildren, William, Alexander, Harrison, Jack and Alivia; his pet Oliver; and his sister Joyce.

As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
