She was predeceased by: her parents, Ovid Albert Hebert and Beatrice Hebert (Dufresne); and her siblings, Roger, Gerald and Diane Moriarity.

She is survived by: her spouse Raymond "Tom" Fontaine; her children, Pauline Rochon (Alain) of Cornwall, Jocelyn Thompson (Eddie) of Cornwall, Raymond Fontaine Jr. of Cornwall, Julie Warren of Cornwall and Richard Fontaine (Lolita) of Cornwall; and her siblings, Richard Hebert (Norma) of Cornwall and Rejeanne Wells (Brian) of Perth. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
