She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Owen; her parents, Alexander Primeau and Albertina Primeau; and her siblings, Alex, Albert, Lawrence, Ovila, Joseph and Alberta Primeau.
She is survived by: her sibling Rene Primeau. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Due to Covid 19 regulations, an attendance controlled visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from 2 p. m. to 4 p. m. and from 7 p. m. to 9 p. m.
