He was predeceased by: his close friend Beverley Hawthorne; his wife Dorothy Williams; his parents, Walter Williams and Jessie Williams; and his siblings, Hugh, Bobby, Eddy, David, Kenny, Lillian Marjerison, Mildred, Gwen and Isabel Seguin.

He is survived by: his children, Timothy Arthur Williams, George Donald Williams and Carol Ann Parisien (Dean); his grandchild Katelyn; and his great grandchildren, Bryden, Leighana and Aubrie. He is also survived by his step-children, his step grand-children and his step great grand-children.
