He was predeceased by: his child Charlie Jacobs; his former wife Wanda; his wife Judith Ennamorato; his parents, Lawrence Jacobs and Mary Jacobs; and his siblings, Nettie Lazore, Johnny Cole (Rita), Catherine Cole and Mary Swamp (late Raymond).

He is survived by: his daughter Krystal Barley (Dwayne); and his sisters, Christina Jacobs and Debbera Thompson (late Ronald). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
