Sylvie Macmillan-Rzadkowski Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvie Macmillan-Rzadkowski (Cornwall, Ontario), who passed away on April 27, 2022, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her brother Daniel MacMillan; her sister-in-law Jenny Chen; her mother Rita Cooper (late Phillip Cooper); her close friends, Naomi Sheane, Betsy-Marie Warnar, Becky Chin and Stephanie MacPherson; her godchild Cadence; her nieces and nephews, Nathaniel, Clara, Emma and Evan; her godparents, Barbara and Hubert Champagne; her aunt Eva Champagne (late Fernand Cholette); her children, Line (Alain) and François Cholette (Manon); and also, Olivia, Thomas, Trinity, Savannah, Joanne Champagne (Tom) and Julie Herman (Alex).

In that spirit, she has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society.
