He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Mattice and Theresa Hart. He is survived by: his siblings, Rachel Anderson (John) and Paul Hart (Diane); his uncle Eddie Merpaw (late Evelyn); and his aunts, Shirley Vallle (late Rene), Helen Flaro (late Rene) and Viola Flaro (late Normand).
