It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Rand of Cornwall, Ontario, who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father John Rand. He is survived by: his spouse Marnie Rand; his children, Bradley Rand (Kaitlyn Orban) and Emily Rand; his mother Patricia Rand (Née White); and his brothers, Scott (Laura), Dave (Debbie) and Ian (Leslie).

In keeping with Covid 19 Regulations, an attendance controlled.

As expression of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, or to the First Baptist Church, Memorial Fund would be appreciated by the family.
