She was predeceased by: her husband Bentley Horton (Bill); her parents, George Filion and Lola Filion; her daughter Joanne Horton; and her siblings, Leo, Gerald, Bea and Betty.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Horton, Bryan Horton (Marie-France), Michael Horton (Barb DeJong) and Cindy Powell (Fred).
