He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Williamson and Marion Williamson. He is survived by: his wife Yvette Williamson; his daughters, Jennifer Williamson-Boyer (Michael) of Summerstown and Sara Williamson (Patrick) of Lancaster; his stepson Johnathan Delorme (Bianca) of Cornwall; his grandchildren, Marin Boyer and Cayleigh Levesque (Cale); and his siblings, Ray Williamson (Maureen) of London and Wendy Girling (late Syd) of Sarnia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
