It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Russel Belyea (Cornwall, Ontario), who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Russel Belyea to show support.

He was predeceased by: his grandson Mathew Brown; and his sisters, Eileen Milne (Ron) and Nancy Lunn (late Allan). He is survived by: his wife Denise; and his brother Peter Belyea (Beatrice).
