He was predeceased by: his wife Emilie Roy (Née Paulin); his parents, Joseph Roy and Asterie Roy (Née Guertin); and his siblings, Lucien "Red" Roy, Leo Roy, Laurent "Larry" Roy, Beatrice Rousselle, Anna Marion, Blanche Forget-Lavictoire, Doree Martel and Lorette Fournier.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald "Gerry" Roy (Aline) and Lillian Duffy (late Lance); and his godchildren, Celeste Bailey (Née Paulin), Marcel Forget and Dena Robertson (Née McCaig). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, and great-grandnephews.
As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to St Joseph's Villa, Cornwall Community Hospital Foundation, or the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated by the family.
