He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Collins (Antoine); and his parents, Clifford Collins and Lenora Collins (Warner). He is survived by: his children, Sandy Antoine, Frances Collins, Phyllis Collins, Connie Shearer (Harold), Charles Collins and Rebecca Besner (Mario). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Cornwall Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
