With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Albert Arthur Carter (Cornwall, Ontario), who passed away on March 10, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Carter and Irene Carter (Heath); and his sister Dawn Pidgeon (late Alcide). He is survived by: his wife Doris Ida Seguin; his children, Rodney (Karen Ross), Darrin (Sandy Kaiser) and Shelly Carter; his grandchildren, Jake, Dayna, Dallas, Wolfgang, Reichen, Michaela, Jason and Ava; and his siblings, Robert (Eva), Joan Montroy (late Jack), Brian (Sandra) and Susan Struthers (Darcy).

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Alzeimer's or the Parkinson's Associations would be appreciated by the family.
