He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Bowen and Norma Bowen; his sister Lefebvre (late Floyd); and his in-laws, Albini and Jeannette Bouvier.
He is survived by: his wife Susanne Bowen; his sons, Peter (Kacey) of Cornwall and Paul Bowen of Cornwall; his grandchildren, Jayden and Gabrielle; his great grandchild Knox; and his in-laws, Andy Bouvier (Noëlla), Lorraine Germain (Marc) and Pauline Davis (Sheldon). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
