He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean-Louis Cadieux and Denise Cadieux; his brothers, Patrick and Raymond (Bonnie); and his daughter Carol Anne.

He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his children, Carolyn (Steve), Kevin and Shawn (Laura); his grandchildren, Hardynn, Joshua, Aggie, Madison, Nathan, Molly and Cameron; his great grandchild Cash; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley (Gianni) and Daniel; and his siblings, Rheal (Doris), Gisele Cyr (late Omer), Hubert (Arlene), Claire Cayer (Jean Paul), Gerald (Rita), Lorraine Duchesne (Roger), Jacques (Sheila), Pierre (Lucy), Yolande Bourget (Mike), Denis (Brenda), Laurent (Linda) and Jeanette Hutchinson (James). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
