He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Paul Poirier; and his parents, Harold Carter and Margaret Carter. He is survived by: his wife Louise Pitblado; his son Dr. Rodney Pitblado (Krista); his grandchildren, Zayne and Trey; his sister Barbara Warwick (Doug); and his siblings-in-law, Raymond Poirier Richard (Jeanne), Nicole Pasco (late Don), Helene Armstrong (Mike), Therese Nadon (Claude) and Sylvie Sutherland (Ted). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
