He was predeceased by: his parents, William McGillivray and Elizabeth McGillivray (Newlands); and his siblings, William "Alex" (late Elsie), Margaret "Peggy" Crawford (Eddie) and Jean Butters (late Allen).
He is survived by: his children, Terry (Debbie), Jymie (Kim) and Stacey Gibeau; his grandchildren, Adam, Megan, Matthew, Drewe, Joshua, Serena and Annie; his close friend Lois Dewar; and his siblings, James (Pat), Helen Blahat (late Alex), Elizabeth Parsons (late George) and Hariet Murphy (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions a private family gathering will be held.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Hospice Cornwall would be appreciated by the family.
