It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Andrew Welburn (Cornwall, Ontario), who passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Wendy Shepherdson; and his stepfather Gordon Shepherdson. He is survived by: his fiancée Suzanna Neville; his children, Adam Aubin (Amber), Corina Aubin (Eric) and Tailor Aubin-Welburn; his stepchildren, Cassidy Teodoro-Neville (Jakub) and Jordyn Hamilton; his grandchild Acetyn-James Aubin; and his father Richard Welburn. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
