He is survived by: his sons, David Acheson and Dennis Acheson (Carol); his stepchildren, Brenda Gould (Eric), Gilbert Ayotte (Brenda), Lise Ayotte and Luc Ayotte (Diane); his grandchildren, Ryan, Brandon, Caitlyn, Hillary, Farran, Evan, Mariah and Jessie; and his sister Peggy Acheson of Kelowna, B. C..
