He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Roy and Irene Roy (Oliver); and his siblings, Corrine Roy, Benjamin and Bernard Roy Rene.

He is survived by: his wife Naomi Roy (Collins); his children, Trina Baron (Conrad), Kim Morrissette Shawn Roy (Pat) and Tracy Roy (Aurelle); his brothers, Richard Roy of Cornwall and Francis Roy of Cornwall; and his great grandchildren, Nevada, Landon, Santino, Braelynn and Landyn.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
