She was predeceased by: her spouse Reynald Desjardins; her sons, Gilles Desjardins and Michel Desjardins; her parents, Hector Cadieux and Amanda Cadieux; and her siblings, Lucille and Jacques.

She is survived by: her children, Nicole Labrosse (Roger), Elaine Greig (Jim), Monique Ashby and Claude Desjardins (late Lynn); her grandchildren, Lynn, André, Christopher and Michel; and her siblings, Colette, Ronald, Marcel and Michel.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes (20 Seventh St W, Cornwall, ON K6J2X7). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home.
