He was predeceased by: his son Robert Sabourin; his grandson Adam Summers; his parents, Albert Sabourin and Bertha Sabourin; and his siblings, Maurice Sabourin (Paulette) and Rita Sabourin.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Laure Sabourin; his children, Kathy Sabourin of Cornwall, Jo Ann Parisien (André) of Cornwall and Richard Sabourin (Elaine) of Cornwall; his grandchildren, Jaime Summers-McAlear (Jason), Mathieu Parisien (Lindsay), Marie-Josée Paglia (Michael), Jennie-Marie Wilkes (Kevin) and Lindsay Sabourin (Darren); his stepgrandchildren, Sylvie Allaire (Justin), Mathieu Ladouceur (Holly) and Justin Ladouceur (Ashley); and his sisters, Pauline Lepage (late Guy) of Cornwall and Jeanne Lamarche (late Maurice) of Cornwall.
