Philip Ming Coey Hum Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2021, at the age of 73, Philip Ming Coey Hum (Cornwall, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Philip Ming Coey Hum to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hum Tom and Tsui Kum Tom; and his sisters, Hang Chun Tam and Hang Mei Tam. He is survived by: his wife Alma Hum; his children, Rochelle Fei-Jan Hum of Ottawa and Jody Hum (Andrea) of Cornwall; his grandchildren, Max and Alia Hum; his brother Stephen Min Kay Tom (late Cynthia) of Toronto; his nephew Gregory Tom (Cindy); his niece Patricia Tom (Roy Pal); and also, Anson, Logan Pal, Christopher Tom and Katherine. He is also survived by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews and their children.

All attending the gatherings must comply with public health guidance on physical distancing and wear masks.

The family would appreciate memorial donations to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation as expressions of sympathy instead of flowers.
